
The 2009 Examiner Business Awards were held at the Galpharm Stadium yesterday and we were nominated for the SME award. Unfortunately, we missed out but we would like to congratulate Equitrek of Meltham, Huddersfield who picked up the award.

Community Award won by Ambitions4kirklees (providing help for people with learning difficulties)
International Business won by Severn Unival (Huddersfield Engineering Company)
Regeneration Award won by Folly Hall Mills (Mill regeneration)
Employer of the Year won by Wright Angle A Huddersfield marketing company)
Green Award won by Disposables UK (Paper product manufacturer)
Creative Enterprise Award won by CIDA (Creative Industries Development Agency)
Young Business Personality won by Matt Holmes (Liquid Accounts Longwood)
